Today is tax day. No one really likes tax day, although on the plus side, paying taxes does mean you’re making money. We do like to make money, since it tends to help with little things like keeping a roof over our heads and food on the table.
Did you know that legal fees may be deductable? I’m not and do not claim to be a tax expert, but that’s something to talk over with your CPA and consider when you are looking to pursue litigation on behalf of your small business. It may cost you less than you think.
