Welcome

Thanks for taking the time to come to by new blog. I'm a firm believer that lawyers need to do more to take sure the client experience is a positive one and hope this blog will serve both lawyers, potential clients, and current clients, in working out best practices and learning both about the law and procedure.

As I get this blog up and running, I invite you to follow the links to the right and learn more about me, through my web page and through social media. My concentration is litigation, i.e., I want to be the person you call when you need to sue somebody or just got sued yourself. While I can handle all sorts of lawsuits throughout Illinois, I focus my practice on commercial, real estate, and probate litigation in Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties. I also handle federal claims. I'm admitted in all the Illinois federal courts, all the Wisconsin federal courts, and the Northern district of Indiana. So while nothing technically stops me from having cases in Edwardsville, Cairo, Galesburg, Galena, Madison, and all points in-between, it sure would be alot of driving.
