I suppose not updating your blog is good when it means you've been busy, this said, it's a paltry excuse.

I've been in Court alot the last few days, both downtown and in the suburban courts. With offices in the suburbs, one does have to practice active management of your docket, so that I can combine a client meeting, CLE or bar meeting, and numerous court appearances in one shot. It's not always possible, but I've been fairly lucky so far.
